  2. Objectives / Implementation Goal 1, Objective 2:Establish baseline from 2006-2007, and 2007-2008, and 2008-2009 and develop strategies for improvement for 2009-2010. EOCT (End of Course Tests) 8-12GHSGT/GHSWT (Georgia High School Graduation Tests) 9-12 Graduation Rate Dropout Rate 9-12 Goal 1, Objective 4: Implement Talent Development Model:Year three consists of implementation of Career Academies at Ware County High School with an emphasis on academic/CTAE curriculum infusion into career pathways.

Instructional Practices • Standards based instruction • Collaborate in planning with teachers and teams • Observe and coach using CLASS Keys • Model lessons • Assist teachers by providing instructional resources • Facilitate the implementation of relevance and rigor, HOTS and LOTS • Facilitate the implementation of integrated instruction across all curriculums • Conduct professional learning • Curriculum and Assessment • Review pacing guides, unit plans, and benchmark assessments for alignment • Design and administer Thinkgate pre/post tests • Assist teachers in data analysis for guiding instruction (benchmarks, EOCT) • Expedite school-wide testing requirements (probes, ECOT, GHSGT, PSAT, AP) • Gifted • Support advanced content course teachers with RTI implementation • Monitor student progress • Administrative duties (FTE, progress monitoring, communication) • Collaborate with Technology Coach

Interventions • For First Time Test-Takers • Provide materials for Short Sensational Reviews (SSR) • Teach SSR review sessions • One-on-One tutoring with at-risk students • Design instructional review practices (bellringers, review games, programs) • Monitor Writing Across the Curriculum initiative • Test review materials (EOCT, GHSGT) • For Repeat Test-Takers • Co-teach LEAP classes • One-on-One tutoring • Provide resources for targeted students • Conduct Saturday and afternoon content reviews • Test review materials (EOCT, GHSGT)
