Mental Health Treatment for Teens and Young Adults I am a licensed psychologist and school psychologist who has specialized in the treatment of autism spectrum disorders (ASD), (ADHD), anxiety, depression, and mental health problems for school age and young adults (12-26). www.johntzanosphd.com

  4. In therapy In we look at the desired outcome for one's life and strive to make that a reality. There is nothing that we cannot explore and discuss. Your ability to face your challenges and transitions will result in a new sense of who you are. The word “healing” is used because therapy can help people address their difficulties and feel better about themselves. The word “process” is used because this change does not happen overnight.
