  2. Introduction • Paul Panaikas is working as the State Resilience Coordinator/State Yellow Ribbon Coordinator with the RI Army National Guard, since 2011/2015. • He is also serving as an Easton Massachusetts Historical Commissioner in the Town of Easton Massachusetts, since 2014.

  3. Paul Panaikas is the resident of North Easton, Massachusetts and is a member of – • Easton Massachusetts Historical Commission • Immaculate Conception Church • American Legion Post 7 • Easton Lions Club

Education • Diploma of X-Ray Specialist from Academy of Health Sciences, San Antonio, TX in July 1994 • Associates Degree, Science in December 1997 from the Fisher College Boston • Bachelor’s Degree, Business Management in July 2008 from the Fisher College Boston • Diploma of Human Resources from Army Education Center, Ft. Jackson, SC in October 2004 • Master’s coursework in Human Services Counseling-Military Resilience from the Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA in 2014 • A Diploma of a Master Resilience Trainer from the U Penn/Army Education Center in Ft. Jackson, SC In October 2010 • Diploma in Account Management from the Army Education Center, Ft. Jackson, SC in October 2007
