Alongside his Co-Founder, Les Schlais, Mr. Kim founded the solution to mistreatment of middle-class families, making it a company goal to create trust and understanding with clients, above all else. John Kim Syncis Individuals, Families and Small Business Owners John Kim, born into hardship in South Korea, is a hard-working businessman who now lives in America as the Co-Chairman of Syncis, a successful financial marketing organization. Through Syncis, Mr. Kim caters to individuals, families and small business owners in the low- and middle-income ranges. Syncis associates connect with these customers, educating them on financial protection through insurance. If clients are interested, these associates create the necessary connections to some of the country’s largest financial services and insurance providers.

  2. John Kim Syncis Making Financial Solutions Available to Everyone John Kim Syncis is a hardworking businessman who began his life in struggle, but now enjoys success and happiness in his work. Though Mr. Kim has enjoyed a successful professional life for many years, it is only recently that he also found happiness in his career. He was affiliated with large financial institutions for a decade, and though he was a top producer, he was unhappy with what he saw. Rather than remain unhappy, he co-founded his company and aimed to make financial solutions available to everyone.

Though he was successful working for other financial services organizations, his work did not sit well with him. Mr. Kim felt upset and fed up with the treatment of middle-income families by the organizations for which he worked. Rather than accept the problem, as many before him did, he set out to fix it.

He cares about the wellbeing of all families, and he founded his company to strengthen middle-income homes through trust and understanding. After a decade working for other large financial services companies, he noticed that these organizations often mistreat middle-class families, failing to help them understand how to protect their futures. He set out to change the problem, and since 2009, he has been strengthening families and providing access to quality financial protection.
