  2. Immigration Update • Form I-9 Reverification • Include Section 3 of Form I-9 with new documents into ePAFs for transfers and job edits • Note the ePAF number on our Dropbox spreadsheet so I can follow up with UFHR Human Resources

  3. Immigration Update • Employment Authorization (EAD) Cards • Not to be used for re-entry back into the country • Still need a non-expired visa, or • Take paperwork to make appointment to get updated visa stamp from consulate. Human Resources

Immigration Update • Employment Authorization (EAD) Cards • Not all EAD categories qualify for 180-day automatic extension • Look at category on receipt notice (not always same as on card) • Do qualify: A03, A05, A12, C03C, C08, C09 • Do NOT qualify: C03B, C05, C33 • Must have new card in-hand to continue working • [list not inclusive – call if category is not listed above] • https://www.uscis.gov/working-united-states/automatic-employment-authorization-document-ead-extension Human Resources
