  8. Our plans for term 1: • Reed Short Film Competition/1 Every Term • Workshops: • Media Platforms (vimeo, websites, Ideastap, Casting Call Pro). • Screenwriting Next week! Check Facebook for details. • Toy Story night (bring your own camera and play with it). • Producing and Paperwork • Commercial Workshop in Collaboration with the Marketing Society • Your workshop (if you would like to run a workshop based on a skill you have).

Job Opportunities • Runners list – A list of members interested in offering them selves up as runners. • Unit list • Local Companies – The Runners list will try and advertise themselves to local companies for jobs. • IdeasTap • Music Database – An online platform for musicians. • On Campus Opportunities – plenty of opportunities to make promos and corporate films.

  11. This Year’s Big Project • Screenplay competition • Pre-production starts before Christmas • Production Roles will be elected • The production will continue throughout the year • The film will then be entered into Film Festivals

  12. Screenwriting Competition • Screenplay for this year’s big project • Anybody can enter their scripts • Pre-selection by committee, final decision by public vote • Any genre! Be creative! • Between 4 and 20 minutes • Screenwriting workshop • Check Facebook for more details
