Implementation of the Student Perception Survey The 2004 Student Perception Survey was administered over a one month period beginning on March 8th, 2004 and continuing through April 16th, 2004. The survey instrument consisted of a web based survey form allowing every registered student to receive a copy of the survey in their e-mail account.
