SWOT Analysis

SWOT analysis is a tool for assessing an organization and its environment. It is the first stage of planning and helps decision makers focus on key issues.

Swot analysis committee
SWOT Analysis Committee

  • Identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats

  • SWOT analysis will identify where we are strong and where we are vulnerable (including current budget reduction planning)

  • The analysis will tell us what we need to build upon, what we need to change, what areas we can optimize, and what areas need to managed or countered

  • The system and institutions can identify the most important factors that influence them and then plan to act on them
