  2. Preliminary Thoughts • All graphs / tables / maps to be printable. Could be printable from page, could have a link to click to get a printable version. • Also easily copy/pasted with formatting. Same methods would apply.

  4. Main – Pre-Generated Reports • State Level Reports– includes the State Epi Profile / Status Report • County Level Reports – includes the Community Epi Profiles • Special Population Reports – TBD • Rankings – pulled from database

Main – Pre-Generated Reports–State Level • Status Report / State Level Epi Profile - would lead to a list of documents (not sure if they would display as links?) • Other briefs? - would lead to a list of documents • Color coded maps of Intervening Variables - would lead to a list of links – clicking on a link would lead to the map (jpegs?)

  6. Main – Pre-Generated Reports–County Level Alphabetical listing of counties as links. People can either click on the county name as text or the county picture as displayed on the map.

Main – Pre-Generated Reports–Rankings • User chooses from drop down menus of intervening variables, then selects county • Pulled from database • Click box allows user to display top 5, bottom 5 and county chosen • Click box allows user to translate absolute rates to rates per 1000 (would have to be done for rankings anyway) • Click box allows to select a group of counties and rank only that group

  10. Main – Pre-Generated Reports–Rankings(visual) Would want all 3 check boxes on each intervening variable. Would be ideal to be able to switch intervening variables from rankings screen but not a must have.

  11. Main – Database • Data at county level – able to aggregate data from multiple counties • Information displayed in graph, table and map form • Link to MICA? Allow users to pull data from MICA into our reports? Other databases? • Further details to follow once actual data is decided upon
