Classification & Compensation Issues • Position Numbers: • Units may email requests to re-activate inactive positions to compensation@ufl.edu • Creating A New Position: • Recycle an existing position number (active or inactive) • If not available, submit request via ePAF • Title Change of a soon-to-be Vacant Position: • If a position is becoming vacant and the effective date of the position action can be dated after the current incumbent’s departure, change the title via ePAF.   3. Faculty & TEAMS new hires • Close out the requisition before entering the hire ePAF • Put the requisition number in the comment section of the ePAF Human Resources

  4. SPIs Contact Susan Hudson for salary analytics: 352-392-4777, shudson@ufl.edu Human Resources

  5. ePAFs • Must put something in comment section: • Classification (faculty, TEAMS, OPS, postdoc, grad asst.) • Action • Other notes to IFAS HR • Notes to yourself Human Resources
