  6. 2020 vision By 2020, the Government would like: • All schools to be models of energy efficiency, renewable energy use and water management. • All schools to be models of sustainable procurement, using goods and services of high environmental and ethical standards. • All school buildings to make visible use of sustainable design features and, as opportunities arise, to choose building technologies, interior furnishings and equipment with a low impact on the environment.
