  3. MARFOOD HISTORY Marfood began to work in November1994 in the distribution of meals onshore. In March 1997, Marfood expanded its activities to offshore rigs.Currently Marfood is one of the oldest and largest catering companies in the country, attending 19 contracts, and 7 (seven) customers.After 19 years, the first values of our company remain: Partnership, Total Quality, Logistics and Safety to ensure the punctuality of the services and the satisfaction of customers.

  15. MEALS SERVICES We provide high quality meals, with criteria during the evaluation of raw materials;Our employees have high commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP);

  16. MEALS SERVICES All activities done onboard are coordinated by qualified nutritionists (camp boss).During all the logistics and manufacturing, the quality control is done through the completion of written procedures and records.

  17. CABIN, CLEANING AND LAUNDRY SERVICES Hygiene and cleaning maintenance of cabins and rig internal areas.Conservation of individual and collective places.

  20. MONITORING THE FOOD QUALITY Evaluation of the quality for all food containers: • before departure to the rigs – by the Onshore Nutritionist; • in the arrival of the containers on board the rig by the CampBoss.

  29. HEALTHY EATING PROGRAM The Healthy Eating Program is developed on board the rigs by nutritionists, and consists of: • Monthly campaigns involving different issues; • Days "Light"; • Nutritional Guidelines; • Special Meals. PROGRAMA ALIMENTAÇÃO SAUDÁVEL

  32. TEMPERATURE CONTROL To ensure food safety on board, all temperatures are monitored and recorded throughout the supply chain, starting from the receipt of raw material, until the time when meals are served.

  33. RIGOROUS SHELF LIFE CONTROL All raw materials are tagged and identified according with the duration, using a color system.

  34. SHELF LIFE CONTROL We also control the shelf life of the products with opened packages and products made on board, such as desserts, breads and biscuits.

  35. SAMPLES OF PREPARED FOOD Marfood performs sampling of all food prepared on board, and these are kept frozen for 72 hours to ensure food safety, following the applicable law.

  36. SPECIAL EVENTS Marfood organizes commemorative events offshore, offering to customers a great atmosphere, happy meals and differentiated, so that everyone onboard can enjoy leisure time in the celebrations throughout the year.

  39. TRAINING Our onshore and offshore employees are trained constantly, through daily conversations and safety training, to prevent accidents and incidents, and maintain a safe working environment.

  40. New EmployeesIntegration All newly hired employees, before the first shipment, pass through New Employees Integration process, regardless of whether or not offshore experience. PROJETO SOCIAL AMAR MARFOOD SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PROJECT AMAR • Assistance of 80 poor mothers and their child, who live at “Fronteira” neighborhood in Macaé; • Donation of food and other materials; • Effective participation of Marfood Employees; • Campaigns onshore and offshore to collect donations.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY “PROJECT BRASILEIRINHO” • Partnership between Marfood and Ansef (Associação Nacional dos servidores da Polícia Federal). • Objective: fight drugs in schools doing a prevention work • July of 2009 and 2011: distribution of 1000 orientation booklets at public schools in Macaé-RJ.  

  44. FUTURE PROJECTS RESTAURANT SCHOOL The Restaurant School construction is forecasted to 2013. The project main objectives are:1 - To train and qualify our employees, and at the same time, provide food services.2 - Being a local reference for Social Responsibility, training poor people at Macae and helping these people to get into the work market.

  45. FUTURE PROJECTS Certification of Integrated Management System Marfood started in July of 2009 the process to certify the IMS. The objective is get the certification in the following standards: • ISO 9001 • ISO 14001 • OHSAS 18001 Although it has not yet been certified, the company is periodically audited by its customers and annually by Petrobras, to update the CRCC, which makes the SGI remains alive and in constant improvement.
