  9. Guiding Principles Honesty • For any organization that functions on reliance on the other members there has to be the understanding that whatever is said is the truth. Mistakes happen. Don’t lie. Accountability • The 5 C’s of accountability • Character, Competent, Consistent, Committed, Cohesive
