The Rapid Fertility Screening includes the following: Semen Analysis Anti- Mullerian Hormone Screening (AMH) Hysterosalpingogram (HSG)* *The HSG can be performed on the same day if the appointment is scheduled during the appropriate time in the patient’s cycle. Please call on cycle day 1 of your period to be scheduled between cycle day 6 and cycle day 10 of your cycle.
