  3. Exercise: Example Inspection • Review photos in the handout. • Discuss with people at your table: • Are the conditions at the site adequate or non-compliant? • What level of enforcement you would apply? • Fill out the checklist.

  15. Inspection Results • Enforcement Response: • Enforcement action matches your Enforcement Response Plan. • Violations must be corrected within 10 business days, or before next rain; if not, • Escalate enforcement, or • Document why a longer timeframe is OK.
