Whether your goal is to get ripped for a bodybuilding contest or get your

body ready for the beach, fat loss is a priority for most people. And what

is the single most effective way to burn body fat? Well millions swear

by HIIT (high intensity interval training) - Myself included!

Recently, I came across a very effective workout program that covers

HIIT cardio in detail, along with it's benefits.

Today I will be reviewing the Anabolic Running program by Joe

LoGablo.

A lot of you have probably come across one of those 'special' HIIT

Cardio programs on the internet only to realize how ineffective it is once

you tried it.

I know this myself because I like get a review copy of the product before

I give my opinion on it. And to be honest, there is a lot of crap sold on

The Author Joe LoGablo has made some pretty bold claims about his

workout program's efficiency in burning belly fat, building lean muscle,

and reclaiming the ramping up men's sexual performance just by running

16 minutes per week.

While this may sound absurd to most of you, Joe has taken it upon

himself to provide scientific proof to back his claims.

I have tried almost all of the workouts myself, and yes they do work as I

have been using similar training methods for several years that he talks

about in this program

Most of you have probably never heard of Joe LoGablo. Before he

authored the Anabolic Running program, Joe was a fitness trainer and a

regular at the gym for the routine workout.

Obsessed with fitness, Joe also used to participate in marathons and half

marathons in an effort to get the perfect body.

After some time participating in marathons, Joe wasn't getting the results

he wanted. Instead, running made Joe tired, weak and skinny. Many of

US National Library of Medicine confirming how cardio workouts have

been causing testosterone drops in men to the point that they are even

lower than men who don't work out.

How Anabolic Running Works

men. The program requires you to do some sprint interval training where

you have ten 45-second sprints with 3-minute rest intervals after every

I have used the same training principles explained in this book to get my
