  2. Past Issues • Students not appearing in Student Registration Database (SRD) • Students are not showing up correctly in the Student Data Review and Reporting (SDRR)Application OAA:DSR:ko: 8/15/2012

  3. IEP • Students MUST have an IEP that is: 1. Active 2. Locked • These features must be in place when rosters are pulled for Alternate Assessment to be reported. OAA:DSR:ko: 8/15/2012

  4. Step 1 • (Select your Path) • Select Special Education (found under Student Information) OAA:DSR:ko: 8/15/2012

  5. Step 2 • Select Documents Tab: OAA:DSR:ko: 8/15/2012

  6. Step 3 • Select student’s current IEP OAA:DSR:ko: 8/15/2012

  7. Step 4 • Select the Enrollment Status Editor OAA:DSR:ko: 8/15/2012

  8. Step 5 • The following must be complete on the Enrollment Status Editor: • Primary Disability • Special Ed Status selection of A: Active or AR: Active Referred • Special Ed Setting EXAMPLE Must be Active or Active Referred EXAMPLE OAA:DSR:ko: 8/15/2012

  9. Step 6 • Select the Accommodations of Assessments Editor. OAA:DSR:ko: 8/15/2012

  10. Step 7 • The following must be complete on the Accommodations of Assessment Editor: • Alternate Assessment Program checkbox selected • Selection of Dimension A or Dimension B OAA:DSR:ko: 8/15/2012

  11. Step 8 • Select the Education Plan Editor OAA:DSR:ko: 8/15/2012

  12. Step 9 • The following must be complete on the Education Plan Editor: • End Date must be after the date the roster is ran; IEP cannot be expired OAA:DSR:ko: 8/15/2012

  13. Step 10 • LOCK IEP • Select the current IEP on the Documents Tab • Select the Lock option OAA:DSR:ko: 8/15/2012

  14. Rosters • These steps should provide a more accurate roster for both the SRD and SDRR. • KDE will notify districts in advance when a roster pull will occur. These steps will be very important to make sure that student names are pulled and placed in the correct location. OAA:DSR:ko: 8/15/2012
