  4. Training Methods • Drill and Practice – Repeated and Guided • Computer Based Training - CD’s, Distance Learning: may be self paced or instructor led.

  6. Instructor Tips Determine your students learning style: Visual - Use charts, maps, videos, notes Practice visualizing or picturing words or concepts. Write out everything for quick review. Auditory - Recorded lectures to help fill gaps of notes. Class room type setting. Tactile - Study sheets, manuals, keep plenty of note paper around.
