7.Fee for Telegraphic transfer: This fee is taken by buyer's bank. It includes the

cost of money transfer by the bank to conveyancing provider of the seller.

8.Fee for Mortgage handling: This fee will be applicable in case solicitor needs to

deal for legal part associated with mortgage setting.

9.HMLR final search: Well the fee is applicable for final search which is done

before process completion.

10.Land registration fee: Buyer need to pay this based on the property cost

11.Stamp duty: Buyers are bound to pay this fee which is based on a cost

associated with house purchasing.

B. At time of Selling a Property

1.Land registry office copies: Seller needs to pay the fees for getting the land

registry copies which will confirm that he/she is the legal owner of said

property.

2.Telegraphic transfer fee: The fees will be applicable to the case when the

amount is above some specific amount. The solicitor and bank will confirm if the

fees are applicable to you or not.
