  1. 5 Ways to Manage Stress amid the Pandemic As Suggested By Howard Wilner of Sudbury Howard Wilner from Sudbury understands that the majority of us are going through a rough patch because of the ongoing pandemic. He is a long-time philanthropist who wants to make these tough times easier for everyone and in that order, has shared a list of 5 things that can be done to make the situation less stressful- 1.Don’t Skip Your Daily Workouts The gyms are closed and social distancing guidelines are in place for obvious reasons but that shouldn’t be taken as an excuse to skip workouts. Try to indulge yourself in aerobic exercise like walking, running, hiking or playing with your kids/pets, as these help release endorphins. 2.Stick to Eating Healthy Stress can definitely have adverse effects on your eating habits and metabolism and the best way to deal with it is to be mindful of what triggers stress eating.

  2. 3.Take a Break if it gets Overwhelming The evolving nature of the news is very likely to get overwhelming and that is why it becomes important to find a balance of exposure to news that works for you. This stands true especially for the children. 4.Stay in Touch with People who Matter Being in constant touch with your family members, friends and colleagues regularly via phone, text, or other virtual platforms can be therapeutic. Also, try to make sure that you are checking on those that are alone. 5.Rest is Important Howard Wilner of Sudbury explains how it is especially important now to get the recommended amount of sleep to help you stay focused on work and on managing the stress the current situation can bring. Howard Wilner of Sudbury believes that following these steps to manage stress and adding a sense of normalcy can play a great role in helping you cope with the ever-changing environment and keeping those around youcalm and focused.
