Club Set of Pedometers Club sets of 10 pedometers will be available for 30 HSTA clubs Pedometers are to be used for math and science enrichment (not human subject research projects) Teachers will be asked to sign an agreement form Teachers should also submit a short report of one of the activities the pedometers were used for (2 pages)

Club Set of Pedometers cont’d Club/classroom activities cannot involve disclosing to other students confidential information from the students involved, such as: weight and other health measurements Club and classroom activities must be voluntary, you cannot make it mandatory to participate If your club/class is planning on doing a walking route, a safety check must be performed
