Andrew was leading an Active and Successful Lifestyle prior to Hurricane Sandy Andrew Lesnak had retired and lived in a beautiful waterfront home Immediately after his losses suffered because of the hurricane, he had fallen into a depressive state, as the harsh realities of his situation became evident The Red Cross provided Andrew with the required 1st Responder’s assistance, and addressed his disaster needs promptly and professionally The Red Cross continued to support him, at his greatest time of need, which allowed him the time required to get properly treated both mentally and physically
