It’s OUR world – The project: • It’s OUR World! gives a voice to the world’s children in need, regardless their cultural, religious or social background. • Through the website www.its-our-world.com and photo exhibitions around the globe, the project raises money donated to several NGOs worldwide supporting children in need. • Mitja Rietbrock, the founder of It’s OUR World!, is a TV- reporter and photographer based in Zurich, Switzerland. He is available for lectures, seminars etc. • 100% of the proceeds of each exhibition go directly to a local NGO supporting children in in need in the country of the exhibition.

  2. Some figures about It‘s OUR World! • Founded in 2002 • Activities in more than 60 countries • More than 130 children pictures/stories from over 60 countries • More than 40 sponsored projects in 35 countries • 16 photo exhibitions in 15 countries www.its-our-world.com

What is needed for an exhibition? • Location (central location, easy access for visitors) • 10-130 It’s OUR World! pictures and frames • Catering for opening event • Advertising material for the exhibition (printed invitations, flyers, posters…) • Transport and hotel accommodation for Mitja Rietbrock- the founder of It’s OUR World! • Average amount needed for an exhibition, depending on size & country: 1000 - 2500 Euro.

  4. What can It’s OUR World! offer the sponsors ? • Advertising of the sponsors during exhibition: logo, information on partition screens, flyers, brochures, speeches at opening event etc.. • Positive image of the sponsors: support to photographic arts AND local children in need. • Sponsors logo on It’s OUR World! website. • VIP guided tour by the photographer, to the sponsors guests. • Possibility to organize lectures, discussions, workshops on topics related to journalism, photography or “making of” of It’s OUR World!

  5. Who chooses the NGO receiving the proceeds from an exhibition? • The choice of the NGO receiving the proceeds from an exhibition is concertedly made by the sponsors of the exhibition, the local organizers and the photographer Mitja Rietbrock.

  6. Is sponsorship for It’s OUR World! tax-exempt? The It’s OUR World! project is a 100% private initiative of the TV- journalist and photographer Mitja Rietbrock. Therefore sponsorship is not tax-exempt.
