  1. GOD'S DIVINE PROVISION

  2. Divine Provision God provides the necessary resources, opportunities, and strength to share the Gospel. This divine provision includes empowering believers to fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20), as he does not call the equipped but equips the called.

  3. Matthew 28:19-20 19.Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20.and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

  4. Supernatural Empowerment: The Holy Spirit provides boldness and the specific words to say in the moment. Opportunities & Doors: God often provides specific opportunities (divine appointments) to share, often in unexpected ways. Resource Supply: When God calls someone to a work, He ensures that the necessary resources—whether physical, financial, or relational—are provided. Strength in Weakness: God provides strength for the task when the messenger feels inadequate. The Message Itself: The Gospel is not just something to share, but a power (grace) God provides that brings salvation to those who believe

  5. God's Provision to Protect against temptation God’s provision is directly intended to protect believers against and through temptation. This protection does not typically mean the total elimination of temptation, but rather the provision of strength, endurance, and a "way out" to avoid sinning.  1 Corinthians 10:13

  6.  1 Corinthians 10:13 13. No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.

  7. The Promise of 1 Corinthians 10:13: This is the foundational verse for this doctrine, stating that no temptation is unique to an individual ("common to man"), God is faithful, and He will not allow temptation to exceed a person's ability to bear it. The "Way of Escape": With every temptation, God provides a "way out" (1 Corinthians 10:13). This may not mean the immediate removal of the trial, but rather the necessary strength to endure it without sin. The Role of the Holy Spirit: As believers, they are not left to rely on their own strength, but have the Holy Spirit to guide them, convict them of sin, and empower them to resist. Active Defense Mechanisms: God's provision includes tools to actively combat temptation, The word of God, Prayer, The Community of Believers.
