  1. Create My Performance Plan - Employee The NeedHelp link will give you information on what is available on the page where you are located. 1. “Begin at the Performance Appraisal Application Main Page” 2. “Select ‘National Guard (Title 32)’ from the ‘Chose a Plan Type’ drop down menu. This table includes information on the status of existing plans. From this screen you can view and update existing plans. 3. “Select the ‘Go’ button to display the ‘Create Performance Plan: Setup Details Page.” From the Main Page the employee can create and review the Performance Plan, transfer a plan in progress to the Rating Official, view and print the entire plan after it is created and track the status of the plan.

Click on the ”Show/Hide Employee Details” toggle button 5. “Select the ‘Build New Plan’ button or ‘Copy From Existing Plan’.” 4. “Review the Information and make any necessary changes to the default values.” Change Start Date to: “01-Oct-2010” Change End Date to: “30 Sep 2011” Select Rating Official Change Effective Date to: “01 Oct 2011” Select Higher Level Reviewer From this page the employee can edit Appraisal Dates, Select the Rating Official and Higher Level Reviewer, Build New Plan, Copy From Existing Plan, or Cancel and Return to Main Page.

Create My Performance Plan - Setup Details - Employee 6. “Select the ‘Next’ button to continue the process and add Mission Goals or select the ‘Logout’ link to end your session.” From this page the employee can select the Next button to continue the process, Transfer the plan to the Rating Official for review once it is established, Track Progress of the plan, or logout to end your session.
