  2. 临床资料 • 患者，黄XX，男，42岁 • 体检发现肺部多发结节 • 偶有盗汗，无咳嗽、咳痰、发热。

  3. 实验室检查 • 甲功、血常规、肝功基本正常。 • 肿瘤标志物：NSE 、CEA 、AFP 、CA19-9 、CA125 、CA153正常。 • 结核感染T细胞斑点试验抗原A、B均阴性。

  4. 影像学检查 • 2010-12-29 MRI:肝右叶发现小病灶，未在意。 • 2011-12-7及 2012-1-12 MRI：肝右叶病灶逐渐增大，并出现多个新病灶 • 2011-12-6 CT：发现肺部多个小结节， 2012-1-12复查CT肺部小结节较前略增多

  5. 肝右叶病灶逐渐增大 2010.11.29 长径1.0cm 2011.12.7长径3.0cm 2012.1.12长径3.3cm

  6. 2011-12-7 复查MRI肝脏病灶增多 2012-1-12

  7. 复查CT肺内病灶略增多 2011.12.6 2012.1.12

  8. 胃镜、肠镜未见异常。 • 2011-12-20 CT引导下肺穿刺活检 :肺组织慢性炎伴出血，未查见瘤细胞。
