Spring Conference: Purpose • Why • Broad range of specific offerings for skill building • How • Three thematic strands and 16 targeted sessions • What • Secondary, Intensive Literacy Needs, Leadership • Race & Equity, PBIS, Poverty, Coaching, Lab Schools, Scheduling, Teaming and Data Analysis, ELL, Supporting Para-Pros, etc., etc., etc.

  5. Behavior Expectations • Be Safe • Steer clear of the uber nachos • Be Respectful • Side conversations and cell phones outside • Stick with your strand • Be Responsible • Ask questions, be engaged, get something and give something
