  • NNOGC to invest (inventory and operating cost) and will operate convenience stores.

  • Appraisal Services requested for 10 sites;

  • Negotiate Business Site Leases;

  • Submit funding request by July 30, 2009;

  • Coordinate and monitor funding request;
