EL PROCESO PARA REALIZAR EL INVENTARIO ES EL ALISTAMIENTO DE LA MERCANCIA LA CUAL DEBE ESTAR BIEN ALMACENADA Y UBICADA EN ZONAS DE TRANSITO. • DESPUES SE REALIZA LA GRABACION EN EL SISTEMA DE TODA LA MERCANCIA POR PARTE DE EL PRIMER EQUIPO DE INVENTARIOS DEJANDO TODO SEÑALIZADO Y MARCANDO LAS CANTIDADES POR ARTICULO

En las grandes empresas con amplia visión se definen claramente el manejo y control de los inventarios (inventario permanente) y la que realmente tiene al momento del inventario o de una toma física . De esta manera se mantiene una correcta rotación de la mercancía evitando rompimientos de inventario que ocasionarían agotados que afectan no solo la parte operativa si no la administrativa de toda empresa. UN INVENTARIO ES LA TOMA Y GRABACION DE LA MERCANCIA QUE TIENE FISICAMENTE LA EMPRESA, DE ESTA MANERA SE DETECTAN LOS FALTANTES LAS AVERIAS Y MOVIMIENTOS DE INVENTARIO QUE AFECTAN LA CALIDAD DEL DATO. • EN UNA TOMA FISICA TAMBIEN SE DETECTAN LAS DIFERENTES CAUSAS DE MERMA CONOCIDA COMO DESCOCIDA DE ESTA MANERA PODEMOS ESTABLECER PLANES DE TRABAJO Y ACCIONES PARA MEJORAMIENTO CONTINUO Y DISMINUCION DE PERDIDAS QUE AFECTAN DIRECTAMENTE EL PIG DE LA EMPRESA
