Inquire the users • Interview and Questionnaire • Provide context before filling form • Unexpected acceptance of informative games • Around 80% of the interviewees • Humble and first to state own mistakes • 100% of interviewees admit having faults and/or misconceptions about security • Willing to learn more • Over 90% admit that there are still new things to learn and incorporate into their security

  4. Inquire the users • Game genre expectation • Around 65% of the inquiries thought of a point-and-click game when asked. • 20% thought of an RPG • Game length • Over 70% believe that information should always be the focus, but that there is no need to stretch the game further

  5. Inquire the users • Balance between fun and message • Over 85% state fun as the catalyst to the message’s success • Delivery of the Information • Over 50% prefer to learn by doing
