  3. Youth Activities 2007 - then • Limited youth activity • Customers told SLH youth nuisance was a top priority • Spend = £90k per annum on remedial work.

  4. What’s changed 2013 • Youth activities devised by young people for young people and their parents • Ages 0 – 18,fun and skills • Youth nuisance – zero reports this summer • Spend = £19k • Value for money & customer delight.
