Maintenance Management software Hong Kong  SAMEX Systems Limited is a Hong Kong-based professional software development and consultancy company, focusing on the development and deployment of EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) systems for many local and international companies and organizations.

We established the first chapter of IFMA (International Facility Management Association) outside of North America (there are over 80 chapters worldwide now). Our CEO is also the founding president of the organization. We were the pioneer in implementing the FIRST CAFM System in Hong Kong, and have subsequently implemented many such systems for many different organizations. We were also instrumental in the establishment of the HKIFM (Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management).

We have moved our research and development team to China since then, and our main mission is the development of suitable EAM and CAFM solutions of the China market, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau and mainland China.
