  1. SiduriWines of Kazzit

  2. DESCRIPTION Siduriis the acknowledged dream for two wine lovers - Dianna and Adam Lee. Both Texas locals with foundations in wine sales. An enthusiasm for Pinot Noir headed them to create a little amount of Pinot from the 1994 vintage. This first wine met with extraordinary achievement and increased their quest for quality Pinot Noir grapes.

  3. Adam & Dianna now deliver Pinot Noir from vineyards as far north as Oregon's Willamette Valley and as far south as Santa Barbara County's Sta. Rita Hills. Novy Family Wines (www.novyfamilywines.com) is Siduri's "brother-label" which concentrates on energizing varietals, for example, Syrah, Grenache, and Zinfandel - - however NO Pinot Noir. Both brands are made in a quaint warehouse winery in the Russian River epithet.

  4. Our winemaking objective is to deliver Pinot Noir that best catches the unique flavor and character of a given vineyard site. To that end, we center just on Pinot Noir (Siduri makes no different varietals) and just from destinations that give us exceptional fruit. We are fanatical in our insurance of the vineyard flavor and are dead set not to let any overt winemaking segments quiet the identity of an individual site.

  5. In the cellar, we vinifiy each wine independently by block, clone and barrel type so as to expand the individual segments and give more prominent complexity to the final mix. This methodology additionally gives us considerably more adaptability in making a wine utilizing just the best and most harmonious parts.

  6. Given that the greater part of our wines are single vineyard offerings, it is important for us to keep up the site's individual character to provide you with a really assorted offering of wines.

  7. To that end: We trust in little intervention, "delicate" winemaking. At the end of the day, we let the wine make itself. We would prefer not to do anything to the wine that isn't completely necessary.
