  1. Tips to prevent from Cyber Bullying Social networks provide anonymity. This reduces the inhibition threshold for insults, mobbing, and hatred. If bullying takes place over the internet or the smartphone, it is called cyberbullying, in such a case, e.g. embarrassing pictures, movies or news via WhatsApp, Snapchat or Instagram. In social networks hate groups are founded. Fake, very private photos or even fake profiles are published. YouTube uploads films that show those in embarrassing situations, or recordings where the victim is beaten or humiliated by others. In this way, the bullying can quickly draw large circles and reach many people. In addition, the Internet never forgets. Due to the constant availability of cameras and mobile internet, the victims are often under stress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and have hardly any room to retreat. If you or your child are one of the victims, you should approach to Cyberbullying Expert. If you are unsure whether it is really right to have your child on the Internet or to allow you to create a profile on social networks, you do not have to immediately issue bans because of your insecurity. Although there is no one hundred percent protection against cyberbullying, you can take various measures to prevent it. Tips for Preventing Cyber Bullying: • Set rules for mobile and Internet use with your child. • Data saving, because the more you publish, the more vulnerable you become. • Train media literacy. Show your child the ability to block inappropriate content, block, etc. Familiarize your child with his rights and make sure that they respect the rights of others. This includes the right to your own picture. • Make it clear to your child that, without the consent of the person depicted, it may not distribute or share images or films with this person. • Respectful interaction on the internet. Talk to your child about the same respectful rules online as offline. • Improve self-confidence. Encourage your child to say "No!" When he is asked to do things he does not want to do. • Check with your child, whether the use of appropriate apps or membership in various social networks is really necessary and you have an eye on their use. Instructions for detecting cyberbullying: If despite all precautions, you feel that your child has changed, the following aspects will help you determine if your child could be bullied. • Retreat and isolate themselves from their outside world. • Suffer from headache, abdominal pain or another discomfort. • Are reluctant to go to school or work. • Block conversations about their behavior change. • Come home with blemishes. If you have found any of these signs, it is advisable to discuss all the issues with Bullying expert.
