Time Calculation • Nonexempt Employee (Para-Professional): • Fair Labor Standard Act (FLSA): Extra pay for working weekends or nights is a matter of agreement between the employer and the employee. The FLSA does not require extra duty pay for weekends or night work. • Total Time Worked (Travel, Service & Planning) • Total Mileage
