2. Cell Phone Used: texting, calling, social media sites, Alarm, camera, Email. Future: in there past there have always been improvements to cell phones and in the future these changes will still be made. Cell phones will be preferred over house phones, cell phones will be faster. Cell phones will be around for a long time.

3. Vehicle • Used: I used this to get to and from locations faster than if I was to walk. Hospital, Guildford mall, Safeway, swimming pool, and etc. • Future: There is a major future for vehicles because people will need ways to get around fast at all times. Improvements will be made such as better mileage, better fuel efficiency, and etc. I don’t see vehicles changing majorly, just slow gradual improvements.

4. X-box 360 • Used: Play video games, watch movies, netflix. • Future: As for the x-box 360 itself there is no future, by the end of this year or sooner it will be replaced by a new gaming system. As for the x-box in general there is a huge future, gaming is becoming more and more popular as the years go on, as well as there will always be x-box fan boys and such.

5. Laptop • Used: I used my laptop for internet searches. Check bus times, social media sites. • Future: Laptops are slowly being given touch screens, and tablets are starting to crush laptops.

6. TV • Used: Watch movies, watch TV shows, and play my x-box. • TVs will always be needed therefor there future is bright. TVS will always improve, at a faster rate than any other technology, because TVs are needed for a lot of stuff. Smart TVs are a huge deal. The next style of TV who knows what it will be, but I can tell you it will be great.

7. Microwave • Used: I used the microwave to reheat and to heat up food before eating it. Pizza pops and pancakes. • Future: touch screens are being used on everything, eventually if not yet touch screens will be introduced to microwaves. But I do feel sometime soon microwaves will be redundant.

8. Transit • Used: I used transit to get around when I could not get a ride by vehicle. Hospital, central city, friends. • Future: There is a lot of room for improvement to the transit system. There debating about who gets a new ground type skytrain first.

9. Cd player • Used: I used a CD player to play my cd’s. • Future: I find that in the future and even now CD players are kind of useless since you are able to Rip your cd’s to your xbox and playstation’s and you can play your music that way.

10. Escalator • Used: to get from the first floor to the second floor and the other way around a lot easier than walking down and up stairs. • Future: Escalators will be around for a long time because they are so useful for getting around. After walking around the mall for awhile its nice to have that brief moment where you can just lazily go down the escalator.

11. Washing machine • Used: the washing machine was used to wash my clothes. • Future: there will always be a need for washing machines because it’s a lot faster and more convenient then going back to the old days of washing your clothes in the river. Washing machines can be improved to the point that they work faster than they do now. But improvement wise there will be few if any.
