2. <대학원> 2004년 2학기 컴퓨터과학과 추가개설과목 알림 개설과목 1) 과목명 : Topics in computer Architecture 2) 교수님 : Srini, Vason P. 3) 과목 목표 : Develop parallel embedded architectures that can be used in wearable systems, ubiquitous computing systems, and autonomous ground vehicles. Collaborate with other faculty to develop a center of excellence in high performance embedded computing. Make learning a fun experience by introducing tools like Matlab7/Simulink and interesting applications like autonomous ground vehicle navigation processing Establish cooperative relationships with Univ. of California and Industrial Labs. 4) 교재 : Embedded System Design: A Unified Hardware/Software Introduction 5) 양력 : Dr. Srini’s current interests are in parallel processor design and VLSI implementation for applications in smartphones, high data rate wireless communication, vision processing, sensor network communications, space and airborne radar/ladar, navigation of autonomous ground vehicles, and signal processing in sensor arrays. He is currently working on parallel embedded computing platforms for supporting autonomous navigation using an array of video sensors, radar, sonar, and infrared sensors. He has worked on many research projects and acted as a principal investigator for projects ranging from parallel processors in a chip, wireless multimedia network simulation, and dynamically reconfigurable computer systems. He was on the Computer Science Dept. faculty at some of the leading U.S. universities. He holds degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.
