  3. History Donald M. Graham and Associates was founded in 1976 in Willard, Ohio. In an ever-changing world, we utilize a comprehensive team approach through strategic affiliations with banking, legal and tax planning professionals to target your objectives while providing for your entire one-stop shopping needs. A personalized financial plan is developed to pursue and meet your objectives. This is completed by a thorough assessment of all your personal and business goals.   19. Changes due to 2012 Legislation There have been many changes in State Pension Plans due to the new 2012 legislation. Donald M. Graham and Associates are very familiar with these changes and how they may impact your retirement plans. There is no cost to review your options.

  20. To PLOP, DROP or not to PLOP, DROP – that is the question. PLOP – Partial Lump Sum Option Payment DROP – Deferred Retirement Option Plan When you apply for retirement from one of the Ohio State Pension plans (STRS, SERS, OPERS, OP&F, OHPRS), you will need to select a payment plan. You will also have the option of taking part of your pension in a lump payment. One payment plan may be a better choice than another. Factors such as health, finances, marital status and other sources of income should be considered. Donald M. Graham and Associates can provide information and assistance in helping you to make the best possible choice for you and your family.
