1. REQUIREMENTS • Secured with login ID and password. • Easy to add links to the pages. • Easy to update pages • All pages controlled by office moderator • a. Ability to add links, upload documents to the server, etc. • Each Service has a separate page: • Assessments • Retreat Facilitation • Strategic Planning • Board Development • Executive Coaching • Financial Reporting • Fundraising • Communication • Each of the service pages we will have these 5 Links. In most cases the link will be to a document to download. In the case of Process Tools and Resources, this should be an additional page which will contain links to websites as well as documents. We may want to stub in, but not use immediately, a separate page for each of the 5 areas for overflow. • Would like to have the moderator be able to ad pages without technical support help. Since the ESC provider is not using a content management system, this may be difficult. • ESC will gather content. Would like to have Sam have the structure ready to go by mid-October. We would like to roll out this capability and announce it at the December 8 meeting.
