Fixes to TSI Auto Email System. Language ID, please have all languages available in search and set up In set up please include tick box so you can attach an invoice to the auto email. Auto and present emails. Add option to either Auto send or Add to client profile in the set up screen.

  2. Auto and present emails • Add option to either Auto send or Add to client profile in the set up screen Auto Send And add ‘or’ option to: Add to client profile

Preset emails added to client profile Existing TSI preset email system displays this in the client profile: Change to work more like SBB, where present emails appear based on status/service, like this: • - Staff can send present emails by selecting them from the client profile • Only relevant emails will be displayed – • For example: only present emails marked as service status trial, will appear in the client profile if they are on trial • preset email can be edited by sales person if required
