To bring together the groups working in superheavy element research for an exchange of ideas and techniques. • topromote collaborative ventures between experimental research groups and between experimental and theoretical researchers; • to enhance the mobility of key personnel between groups for training purposes; • to facilitate the exchange of expertise; • to form working groups to address specific tasks where additional expertise is required; • to promote the transfer of knowledge and technology to society. These objectives will in particular be achieved through appropriate workshops organized on an annual basis

  4. Training • Organise annual interdisciplinary workshops • Enhance mobility of key personnel between labs for training purposes • Young researcher support at workshops • Website for dissemination to society

  5. Coordination and Benefits • Workshop organisation to be shared between institutions • Can form working parties (e.g. target technologies, beam intensities, etc … ) • One institution to hold mobility funds available for bids from all institutions – how can this be administered effectively?
