Effective Goal Analysis for Call/Contact Center Instructional Design

In this instructional design module, developed by Roxanne Hinds, participants will learn to effectively analyze and write lesson plans relevant to Call/Contact Center operations. By the end of this module, instructors at the Newfoundland Technical and Vocational Training Institute will be equipped to create a comprehensive lesson plan aligned with the program curriculum and competency standards. This includes utilizing a Goal Analysis Diagram and an evaluation rubric to assess the quality and effectiveness of their goal analysis.
