  4. On 23 December, bring along your Host Response Form(s) and a pen. At the appropriate juncture during the worship service as you will be prompted, complete your Host Response Form(s) with your guests filling in their details and responses: A, Bor C. On 23 December • According to your guests’ responses as circled in your Host Response Form(s): • Collect and hand to them packs for New Believers (Response A) or Enquirers (Response C), as appropriate, from tables located outside the Chapel on level 2 or 3. These packs contain materials to help your guests in their continuing journey. • For your guests who have re-committed their lives (Response B), if needed, collect Bibles and Bible Reading Plans for them as provided on the said tables. • Then slot your completed Host Response Form(s) into any of the boxes on the said tables. Even if your guests had not responded under A, B or C but you had written down something which they shared about the service on your form, also slot it into any of the boxes.

  6. On 23 December (cont’d) • Invite and usher your guests to the lunch. • The packs contain, among other materials, a Guest Response Form for your guests to complete if they so wish. Should they happen to complete these forms on the 23rd, slot them into one of the same boxes or return them to the Church Office. Guests have been requested to return the completed forms through you, their host, by 30 December should they wish to complete them. • Enjoy lunch with your guests  • Invite guests to our worship services on 25 December (Christmas), 30 December, 31 December (Watchnight) and Potluck on that same evening. • Continue to pray for and walk with your guests.

  7. On 30 December, for your guests joining us in worship who had received Response A packs (New Believers) or Response C packs (Enquirers), ask them whether they have any completed Guest Response Forms they wish to submit. It is fine if they do not. If they do, please collect them and slot them into boxes at the entrances to the Chapel on level 2 or 3. • Even as you pray for and walk with your guests, our church is planning a welcome session for respondents on 6 January 2013 after worship service and we will contact them through you. • An ALPHA course is also being planned for them which is likely to begin end January 2013.
