  4. cnidarians • There are almost 10,000 cnidarians. • They have radial symmetry it is when you can divided it into a mirror images. • Cnidarians sting/stun there pray. • They only have one opining in there entire body. • THEY HAVE NO BRAIN!

  5. Sponges • Sponges are hallow . • They have no brains. • They filter food. • Only there offspring move. • They can grow in fresh water.

  6. Sponges Continued • You can use them when they are dead. • They are only2 cells wide. • Sponges are cold blooded. • My animal is a invertebrate. • Another name for a sponge is Porifera.

  7. Echinoderms • They all live in the ocean. • They have Radial Symmetry. • They have no head. • They have a Endoskeleton. • They eat Clams, mussels, Corals, and sometimes starfish. • They have tube feet to walk.

  8. Echinoderms continued • They have mouths that can open get its pray bring it back digest it bring the mouth back out and put the waist in the ocean.

  9. Flat worms • They are flat. • They live in intestinal tracts of many species, like cats, dogs and humans. • They live anywhere you can find water. • It starts as an egg goes to a Adult.

  10. Segmented worms • They live in soil. • They breath through there skin. • They are good for gardens. • They like soil.

  11. Round worms • They live in oceans. • They are round. • They attach to the bottom.

  12. Arthropods • Include insects, spiders, crabs and lobsters. • If you were to fill a bag with leaves in it, it will • Arthropods have segmented bodies. • They have bilateral symmetry. • Their bodies are encased in an exoskeleton. • Arthropods life cycle – they go through metamorphosis.

  13. Arthropods continued… • Arthropods have egg, larva, pupa and adult. • Arthropods are cold blooded. • They are invertebrates too. • Some example of arthropods are – insects, spiders, crustaceans and scorpions.

  14. Question Slide • Where do flat worms , segmented worms., round worms live ? • Where do cnidarians live? • What do sponges stick to? • What is the life cycle of a arthropods life cycle? • What are some exaples of echinoderms?
