  • Stakeholder meetings with NEPOOL Sectors were held during the period January 5-14, 2000. Meetings were used to solicit input from NEPOOL Market Participants to help identify and refine the scope of the Operational Study. A summary of Stakeholder concerns was distributed to NEPOOL Market Participants by the Operational Study Steering Committee (OSSC) on January 21, 2000.
  • On February 29, 2000, PricewaterhouseCoopers presented to the OSSC the narrative covering ISO-NE Operational Processes.
  • PricewaterhouseCoopers provided a draft testing plan to the OSSC on February 28, 2000. This document contained summaries of the approach to be used in performing “Phase II” testing under the project scope.
  • PricewaterhouseCoopers met with the OSSC on March 1 and 8, 2000 to review the testing plan. During these meetings, changes were incorporated and the final test plan was approved by the OSSC on March 8, 2000.
  • Observations of operational processes commenced on March 13 and will continue for several weeks.
