Spirulina contains the following: Vitamins and Enzymes of Spirulina: Vitamin A (beta carotene), Vitamin B1 (Thiamin), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin, Vitamin B3 (Niacin), Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Inositol, Folic Acid, Pantothenic Acid, and an anti oxidant enzyme activity called Superoxide Dismutase.
