  10. Initial Meeting • Discuss Content • Explain process • Set Calendar • Design communication • Explain evaluation criteria

  11. Additional Meetings • Scheduled as needed to cover content or practice teach • Mentor may hook candidate up with other experts

  12. Observation of Lesson • Mentor should help schedule • Most powerful if Mentor and Mentee observe same lesson • Provide framework for viewing lesson • Debrief the lesson observation
