Terms of Reference • To develop a training offering available to members around the globe, giving consideration to both technical and ‘soft skills’ elements. To consider all methods of training delivery, including classroom based and ‘e learning’ to ensure training solutions are focused and cost effective for members. • To work with the International Secretariat to find ways of promoting and monitoring secondment opportunities.

Our Short Term Priorities • Update and roll out of the New Manager and Senior Manager courses • Development of a New Partner programme for launch in 2012 • Review of our IFRS support offerings and project management of a formal ITT to potential providers • Completion of a comprehensive training brochure for use both with members and potential members • Start work on a review of secondment experiences • Start work on a people development framework

New Partner programme • Case study discussions (Harvard & others) • Application sessions – the skills and actions needed to address leadership responsibilities. • Problem-solving sessions - with participants jointly exploring the strategic projects they face • Personal feedback- based on leadership frameworks and an opportunity to explore the skills of holding effective performance management conversations. • Study group review & application discussions • 1-1 coaching • Understanding Nexia - using plenary sessions, discussions with Nexia Board members to raise the profile of Nexia membership and the value to member firms. • Networking
