  2. Reference Material on Positive Elements in Proposals This document summarizes topics that DOE EPSCoR looks to find in proposals. The written text should include information on these topics and be organized in a way that can be readily found by reviewers.

  3. Sample Evaluation Template for Concept Proposals This document is a compilation of review criteria referenced in the DOE EPSCoR Funding Opportunity Announcement. The subcategories listed in the score sheet illustrate the kinds of information that is sought under the various rating categories. The State EPSCoR Committee will use the same rating criteria as the DOE EPSCoR Program Office.
