Development so far • Student number increased from 145 to 209 • Mr. Garry Miller has supported salary for two teacher now the number of teacher is 5 (government supported -2, Nabuur suppored- 2 & community supported-2) • Sufficient teaching materials- provided by Stacy Helmus • Parents visit school and work together • Teachers are punctual work trying child centered education

  5. Community combination • Total house holds: 200 • Dalits: 104 • Thakuri: 39 • Chhetries: 57 • Occupation • Farming: All families • Employ: • 11 people in private companies • 7 people in government offices

  6. Recent needs and priority • Building with two rooms • Training for teachers (Child centered) and materials • Compound wall (125 Meter) • Drinking water • Toilet

  7. Community participation • Community can participate in following areas • Labor contribution (un skilled) • Wood • transportation

  8. Support Required • Following support is required with partner • Cash for Cement • Cash for Rods • Cash for skilled labor • Bricks/stone • Grill • Other things that need to import from outside
